- Where and when is the tuition class?
- The timetable is flexible as per your requirements and is negotiable with the tutor. You can choose the tuition location. It can be anywhere to your convenience like your house or your office.
- How many students are there in a class?
- It can be individually or small group tuition.
- How many subjects can the tutor teach in 1 hour?
- This is depend on student’s learning process. Some students can take 3 subjects in 1 hour but some students take 1 subject in 2 hours.
- Do I have to pay for matching service?
- No. This service is FREE for you. You would not be charged a single cent.
- Why the tuition price is varied?
- This is highly depend on your search criteria for a tutor, tutor’s experience/ qualification, their travel distance to your house. Normally, the tutor will charge RM30-RM35 per hour for primary school students, RM35-RM50 for secondary school students.
- How long does it take to get a tutor after submitting a request?
- Firstly, we will call to confirm your request within a few hours. Then, suitable tutor will be arranging within another 3 days if possible.
- Can I change the tutor if I find that he or she is not suitable?
- Yes. If you are not satisfied with the tutor, you can change the tutor without any charges. However, you need to pay the tuition fees for all tuition sessions given by the tutor.
- Can I have replacement class if I miss the tuition class?
- Replacement class can be made with prior notice and discussion with the tutor. Tuition Fees will not be charged for the missing class. However, we do not encourage this happen always because this will influence student’s learning progress and may cause inconvenient to the tutor.
- How many classes should the student attend for a month?
- Classes are calculated in 4 weeks basis.
- How do I make the payment?
- We will collect the tutor’s first two weeks (50% of the tuition fees) directly from you. Then, you pay another 50% of tuition fee to the tutor after 4 weeks classes is complete.
- Are the tutors our employees?
- No. A1 HOME TUITION just provides matching service. Thus, we are not responsible for any misconduct by the tutors. However, we are always prepared to offer professional suggestions.
- Who are the tutors?
- School teachers, lecturers, full time tutors, part time tutors. We will provide you tutor’s profile before the 1st lesson.
