- Eligibility
- You need to have a minimum academic qualification and good grades in the subjects that you wish to teach. During the first lesson, you have to show the student/parent your relevant Educational Certificate/s to verify your qualifications for the specific assignment upon request.
- Commission
- A1 HOME TUITION is entitled to charge 50% of the agreed case. (Example, a four weeks lesson cost RM400, you are entitled to pay RM 200 to A1 HOME TUITION even though there is any cancellation of class during that month).
- A1 HOME TUITION is authorized to collect the said commission directly from parents, after the second weeks of tuition OR you are responsibility to pay the commission to us within 14 days after received the first month tuition fee.
- If you fail to settle your commission by the due date without any notice or valid reason, we reserve the right to suspend the class.
- If we still haven't receive any commission from you after 7 days , your account will be automatically deleted from A1 Home Tuition Website. A1 HOME TUITION reserves the right to take appropriate steps to recover such commission from you.
- Any attempt to cheat or deprive A1 HOME TUITION of its legal share of commission, will result in legal actions being taken.
- Payment
- For subsequent lessons, the students / parents will then pay the full sum of tuition fees directly to you.
- Limitation
- A1 HOME TUITION is just provide matching service. Each tutor is solely responsible for paying all taxes on income earned, and all other issues and responsibilities related during tutoring. A1 HOME TUITION will not be responsible for resolving any conflict or disagreement that may arise between the tutor and parent/student However, we are always prepared to offer professional suggestions.
- You are solely responsible for the information you provided to A1 HOME TUITION. A1 HOME TUITION shall not be liable for any misrepresentation, fraud, or any inaccuracies of information provided by you.
- A1 Home Tuition does not involve in any tutor-student-parent interactions.A1 Home Tuition is not responsible for any disputes, claims, loss, injury, or damage that might arise during and after that interaction. Teach at the student's house and interact with the parents and students at your own risk.
- A1 HOME TUITION reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information on this website at any time without notice.
- Termination
- The minimum commitment period is 1 month. If you terminate the tuition job within the first month, A1 HOME TUITION will recover its legal share commission of 50% of the monthly fees from you even you are not receive the full month tuition fee.
- If the student prematurely terminates the tuition job during the first month, you will also need to pay us the committed percentage as a commission from tuition fee for all your service hours.
- If the reason for the student's termination is due to your fault as a tutor (eg. you are chronically late, did not attend lesson without any valid explanation, always cancel the class without any valid reason, you do not know how to teach etc), you will bear the full commission charge.
- Cancellation of Class
- If you are unable to attend the tuition, 24 hours notice before the committed lesson start time is require given to the students/parents. A valid reason must also be given on notification. You will be excused if the students/parents accept your reason given.
- Cancellation without a notice and valid reason with cause your member account to be revoked.
- Trademark
- A1 HOME TUITION is a protected trademark . All other trademarks displayed on this site or through links to other sites are the property of the respective trademark owners.
A1 HOME TUITION takes privacy very seriously. Your information will not be revealed to parents/students without your permission.
